Service
Gudique connects customers with partner restaurants and couriers for food ordering and delivery. We are a technology platform; food is prepared by independent restaurant partners.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Email verification may be required before use.
Orders & pricing
Menu prices, availability, delivery fees, taxes, and discounts are shown at checkout. We may cancel orders for suspected fraud, unavailability, or delivery area limits (e.g. outside supported radius).
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. You agree to Razorpay's terms where applicable. Cash on delivery and wallet options may be offered where available.
User conduct
You must not misuse the platform, submit false orders, harass partners, or violate applicable laws.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gudique is not liable for indirect damages, food quality issues attributable to restaurants, or delays beyond our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
